The booklet combines illustrations of the clubhouse and recreation facilities with apartment layouts, advertised prices, and scenes of nearby attractions. It also uses the name “Century Gardens” alongside “Century Village.” Together, the pages offer a fascinating record of how the community was presented to prospective residents.
This digital edition was assembled from photographs of the original booklet shared by a resident. Tile backgrounds and neighboring-page fragments were trimmed, and page perspective was corrected. The original lettering, artwork, and signs of age remain; some photographic glare and shadows are still visible.
