Expecting company?
Start with UCO.

United Civic Organization is responsible for Century Village West Palm Beach gate-pass services. Visit UCO’s website for current guidance and contact its office for help arranging the right access.

The right place to begin

UCO handles gate-pass questions.

UCO’s official Forms & Resources page directs residents to its office for gate-pass and vehicle-barcode services. This c-village.com page helps you find that information; UCO supplies the current requirements and assistance.

  1. Visit UCO’s website. Begin with unitedcivic.org and its Forms & Resources page.
  2. Explain the visit. Tell UCO whether you are asking about a guest, a recurring visitor, a caregiver, a contractor, or another access situation.
  3. Confirm the correct process. Ask whether your situation calls for a gate pass, visitor authorization, or another arrangement, and how to complete it.
  4. Prepare your visitor. Share the instructions UCO provides before the visitor arrives.

Gate passes are arranged through UCO. This website does not issue passes, approve visitors, or submit requests to gate staff. Use UCO’s current instructions rather than an older form or remembered procedure.

Before your visitor arrives

Ask these practical questions.

Also ask which entrance your visitor should use, what they should bring, and what to do if their arrival changes or access is not recognized. For an evening or weekend arrival, confirm the procedure ahead of time.

Give contractors, delivery providers, and caregivers the instructions relevant to their visit. Gate access does not replace any separate association permission needed for work or occupancy.

Know which service you need

Gate passes, barcodes, and recreation IDs.

Start with the organization responsible for the service.
Service Starting point What to keep in mind
Gate passes / visitor access questions UCO Confirm the access arrangement and current instructions for the visit.
Vehicle barcodes UCO A separate vehicle-access service. Ask UCO about eligibility, documentation, and installation.
Recreation IDs / guest recreation credentials WPRF UCO refers resident ID and recreation questions to WPRF. Confirm eligibility for the facility you plan to use.
Association occupancy or rental approval Your condominium association Follow the association’s applicable approval process. Permission to enter the Village does not establish occupancy approval.

Village entry and recreation access are separate. A gate pass does not automatically authorize use of the clubhouse, swimming pools, fitness center, or other recreational facilities.

Help your guests feel prepared

A clear welcome starts before the gate.

Let visitors know that Century Village is a gated community and that entry arrangements should be made ahead of time. Provide your unit address and the directions UCO recommends. Avoid promising that a pass covers every visit or activity until you have confirmed its terms.

If you need to change or cancel an arrangement, ask UCO how to do so. If a visitor has trouble entering, follow the contact procedure UCO provides for that situation.

Good information makes a better welcome.
