Your Century
Village ID.
Start with WPRF.

Your recreation ID helps identify you as an authorized user of Century Village facilities. WPRF handles resident ID services at the Main Clubhouse—not UCO’s gate-pass or barcode desk.

What the card does

A personal recreation credential.

The supplied WPRF welcome packet explains that Century Village IDs identify authorized users of clubhouses and recreation facilities. Bring your card whenever you plan to use those facilities and show it when staff or security request it.

The card belongs to its named user. Do not lend it to a visitor or rely on an unauthorized copy. Having an ID does not remove facility-specific rules, age limits, ticket requirements, reservations, or closures.

Getting or updating an ID

Ask WPRF what your situation requires.

  1. Contact the ID Office through WPRF. Call 561-640-3120 and ask for current ID Office information at the Main Clubhouse.
  2. Explain your circumstances. Say whether you are a new owner, renter, other approved occupant, returning resident, or someone seeking a guest credential.
  3. Confirm documents before visiting. Ask which identification, residence, association approval, lease, or ownership documents are needed for your particular application.
  4. Check the visit arrangements. Confirm office hours, any appointment requirements, fees, payment methods, and whether another person must accompany you.
  5. Keep credentials current. Ask when your ID expires, how to renew it, and what to do when occupancy changes.

Ownership and resident-ID eligibility are different questions. The 2023 welcome packet distinguishes permanent residents from nonresident owners and describes arrangements when a unit is rented. Ask WPRF which credential applies to you rather than assume everyone on a deed receives a resident ID.

Welcoming visitors

Guests need their own arrangements.

Ask WPRF about guest credentials before visitors arrive. Confirm required identification, resident accompaniment, permitted facilities, age restrictions, dates, fees, and any temporary-pass procedure.

A guest should not borrow a resident’s card. A paper recreation pass may also have different conditions from a gate-entry credential. Resolve both questions before planning a visit.

For a caregiver or personal aide, describe the intended assistance to WPRF and ask about the appropriate credential and access arrangements. Do not assume a standard guest pass covers every situation.

Keep the original references in context. The supplied welcome packet is labeled revised 2023 and includes ID provisions revised April 2023. Confirm current procedures with WPRF; this page does not reproduce older fees or office hours as a live schedule.

If something changes

Lost cards, renewals, and returned IDs.

When a unit is rented, sold, or transferred, contact the ID Office early so the previous occupant’s cards do not create avoidable confusion for the next authorized user.

UCO’s website refers resident IDs and recreational facilities to WPRF. UCO may require a valid CV ID as part of a barcode application, but it does not issue the recreation ID itself.

A little preparation makes a better welcome.
