Before you head out

Plan your visit.

Bring your valid IDThe supplied rules require owners, renters, and guests to identify themselves with valid ID cards. Do not lend or copy a resident’s card. Confirm the current guest credential process before arrival.
Check current hoursThe supplied rules list clubhouse hours of 8 a.m.–11 p.m., outdoor pools from 8 a.m. to dusk, and the indoor pool from 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Confirm today’s hours, closures, and special-event arrangements with staff; these are document-listed hours, not a live schedule.
Ask about the activityConfirm reservations, eligibility, tickets, fees, attire, and room rules with the organizer. Posted room-specific rules supplement the general rules.

Welcoming guests

Know the age and access rules.

The supplied rules state that guests under 16 generally may not enter recreational facilities except on an adult-accompanied tour, and may use only the guest swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, and Picnic Island. They also state that people under 21 may not participate in card-room or party-room activities, including bingo and dances, and that the billiard room is restricted to those 18 and older.

Residents and renters are responsible for informing guests of the rules. Staff may require proof of age, and some facilities have additional guest restrictions. Confirm the current procedure and any applicable exceptions with WPRF before bringing visitors.

A condominium association’s overnight-guest or occupancy policy is a separate question from access to WPRF recreation facilities. Check the relevant organization’s rules for each.

Courtesy and staff directionsRespect other users, follow staff and security instructions, and observe occupancy and facility-use limits.
Smoking and refreshmentsThe supplied rules prohibit smoking anywhere on WPRF property and allow clubhouse food and drink only in the Main Clubhouse Party Room.
Dress for the spaceShoes are required in the clubhouse. Swimwear needs an additional upper covering away from pool areas. The supplied live-performance rules specify long pants and collared shirts for men, below-knee capris for women wearing capris, and no shorts or exercise attire; confirm current event requirements.
Animals and accommodation questionsThe rules sheet states a pet/animal restriction with a service-animal exception. Ask WPRF about a disability-related access request through its appropriate process; this summary does not determine an individual accommodation or replace applicable law.
Meetings and noticesGroup use, advertising materials, posters, and sales or solicitation require the permissions described in the rules. Obtain authorization before promoting or organizing an event at a facility.
