Conviva Medical Care

The schedule names Conviva but gives no street address. Conviva’s official Palm Beach directory lists Conviva Okeechobee, 5849 Okeechobee Boulevard, Suite 301.

Confirm with transportation staff that this is the office served by the stop, and ask where the bus boards for the return. The provider’s location listing alone does not establish the bus-stop entrance.

Cano Health · Century Village West Palm

Cano’s location page lists 110 Century Village Boulevard, Suite 200. It is on the second floor of the Medical Building.

This primary-care location is named on all three internal schedules. Ask the office about appointment availability, insurance, accessibility and the services needed for your visit.

Cano also lists transportation among its services. Ask the office about eligibility and booking; provider-arranged transportation is separate from the Village bus.

Broader MRI · schedule stop name

The West route names Broader MRI as stop 3. Its current website does not identify a West Palm Beach location.

Confirm the destination before traveling. Encore Imaging lists 5405 Okeechobee Boulevard, Suite 101 as its West Palm Beach–West location, marked “coming soon”. This address has also appeared in Broader MRI listings, but the current operator and availability of care at the scheduled stop are not confirmed here.

Ask transportation staff which entrance the stop serves, then verify the appointment address and operating status directly with the imaging provider. Do not substitute Encore’s East location for the bus stop.

Plan the appointment and the ride

A little preparation makes the visit easier.

  1. Confirm the office first. Check the provider name, appointment address, suite, office hours and insurance requirements.
  2. Match your route to the appointment. Allow time for boarding, the walk from the stop and check-in. Ask about the return if the visit runs late.
  3. Ask about access. Explain any mobility aid or companion needs, and confirm the route from the bus stop to the office.
  4. Arrive early with ID ready. UCO’s schedules ask riders to be at the stop ten minutes before its listed time.
  5. Check service changes. Use the official schedule page for newer documents and holiday arrangements. A named stop is not a guarantee that an office is open.

For an emergency, call 911. This guide covers ordinary scheduled bus travel; it is not emergency medical transportation.

Useful companion guides

Keep the connections close.

Medical practices may also operate in shopping centers along the routes, but a center stop does not verify access to every tenant. Pharmacies and unnamed offices are not counted as additional named medical stops in this guide.
