UCO publishes the West Palm Beach Village bus schedules. Its schedule page lists three internal routes and an external route, with 2026 schedules effective February 2. Use the official page to check the route, stops, days, and return trip for your journey.
Check which route serves the stop near you and your destination inside the Village. Match the stop name and direction to the schedule.
For a trip outside the Village, check the listed destinations and operating days. Confirm the return departure before leaving.
UCO’s published responses say paper copies are available at the UCO Office and Clubhouse. Ask for the latest version.

| Option | When to consider it | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Village buses | Trips served by the published internal or external routes. | Stops, timetable, boarding eligibility, and return trip. |
| Palm Tran fixed-route buses | County trips reachable through public bus routes. | Nearest stop, walking distance, transfers, current fares, and service alerts. |
| Palm Tran Connection | Shared-ride paratransit for approved eligible riders. | Application, trip eligibility, booking, fares, assistance, and pickup arrangements. |
| Taxi or app-based ride | A privately booked trip when a scheduled route does not fit. | Price, availability, vehicle suitability, gate entry, and return booking. |
| Family, friend, or arranged driver | A ride agreed with someone you know or a chosen provider. | Pickup details, assistance, any charge, and how you will get home. |
| Non-emergency medical transportation | An appointment where specialized transport or a plan benefit may be needed. | Provider or health-plan eligibility, advance notice, cost, and level of assistance. |
Palm Tran’s trip planner provides route maps, trip planning, and real-time bus information. Enter your actual starting point and destination, and review the walking portions and transfers before deciding the trip works for you.
Palm Tran publishes reduced-fare information, including senior eligibility. Check its current fares and accepted proof rather than assume your Century Village ID provides a transit discount.
Palm Tran Connection is shared-ride paratransit for eligible county residents and visitors. Riders must apply and be approved before using it. Being a Century Village resident does not itself establish eligibility.
Palm Tran’s current information describes Connection ADA and Connection Plus, introduced January 18, 2026. The applicable service depends on the trip locations and program requirements. Ask Palm Tran which service applies to your situation.
For application information, Palm Tran lists 561-649-9838, option 7, or 1-877-870-9849. Ask about reservation rules, mobility equipment, companions or aides, pickup windows, fares, and assistance at each end of the trip.
Arrange enough time for a shared ride and the appointment. Confirm the return arrangements; a booked outbound trip does not remove the need to plan the trip home.
A taxi or app-based ride can be an option for a trip that does not fit a bus schedule. Confirm the estimated price, pickup location, and whether the vehicle can meet your needs. Do not assume a standard vehicle provides wheelchair transport or physical assistance.
For a medical appointment, ask your health plan or chosen transportation provider whether a non-emergency ride benefit or suitable service is available. Confirm the appointment destination, required advance booking, coverage or cost, and assistance level.
Use UCO’s current gate-access instructions for any driver entering the Village. Give your full building and unit address, and agree on a safe pickup point.
For an immediate emergency, call 911. A community bus, taxi, rideshare, or non-emergency transport booking is not emergency medical transportation.
A well-planned ride leaves more room to enjoy the day.

For a Palm Tran trip, contact Palm Tran through its official service pages. For a private ride, contact the provider that accepted the booking.
